General

Q1: What is the Kankei Mobile App?

A1: Kankei Mobile App is a platform that allows employees to access various HR-related services and information, such as payroll, leave management, benefits, and more, directly from their mobile devices.

Q2: How do I download the Kankei Mobile App?

A2: You can download the app from the Apple App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices. Simply search for "Kankei" and follow the installation instructions.  

Login and Account

Q3: How do I log in to the app?

A3: Use your company-provided username/email and password to log in.  
 

Q4: What if I forget my password?

A4: Tap on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and input your username and birthdate to reset your password. After your request is sent you may check your related email to get a new password.

Q5: Can I change my username?

A5: Usernames are typically set by your company’s HR department and cannot be changed through the app. Contact HR for any username-related issues. 

Clocking In and Out

Q6: How do I clock in and clock out?

A6: Open the app and tap the "Clock In" button at the beginning of your shift and the "Clock Out" button at the end of your shift.

 

Q7: Can I edit my clock-in and clock-out times?

A7: Changes to clock-in and clock-out times usually require approval from a supervisor. You can submit a request for changes through the app by request an attendance correction instead.

 

Q8: What if I forget to clock in or out?

A8: If you forget to clock in or out, you can submit a request for an attendance correction through the app, which will be reviewed by your supervisor.

Attendance Records

Q9: How can I view my attendance records?

A9: Go to the "Attendance" section to see a detailed record of your clock-in and clock-out times.

 

Q10: How do I report an error in my attendance records?

A10: If you notice an error, you can report it through the app by submitting a request for attendance correction, which will be reviewed by your supervisor or HR department.

Leave Management  

Q11: How do I apply for leave?

A11: Go to the "Leave" section in floating bottom menu or dashboard shortcuts, select the type of leave, fill out the required details, and submit your request.

Q12: How can I check my leave balance?

A12: Your leave balance is displayed in the "Leave" section above your lists of leave request. You can view detailed information on accrued, used, and available leave.

Payroll

Q13: How can I view my payslip?

A13: Navigate to the "Payslip" section, where you can view your current and past payslips.

Q14: What if there is an error in my payslip?

A14: Contact your HR department immediately to resolve any discrepancies in your payslip.

Benefits

Q15: How do I view my benefits?

A15: Go to the "Benefits" section to see details about your health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits provided by your employer.

Notifications and Updates

Q16: Will I receive notifications through the app?

A16: Yes, you can enable notifications to receive important updates about your leave requests, payroll, company announcements, and more.  

Q17: How do I customize my notification settings?
A17: Tap on your profile icon and select "Notifications" to customize your preferences.

A18: If you encounter any technical issues, contact the IT support team or your HR department to help you.

A19: Try restarting the app or your device. If the problem persists, contact technical support for further assistance.

Q20: Is my information secure on the app?

A20: Yes, Kankei Mobile App uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and sensitive information.

 

Q21: How do I log out of the app?

A21: Tap on your profile icon and select "Log Out" to securely exit the app.
